The top pitcher on the market goes to the Yanks, as does one of the best RHP starters. Pretty solid rotation as it stands right now.

Not a fan of the $ paid to him from a value standpoint. Good pitcher, great K totals per innings pitched. But 16.5M a year for a guy with 10 DL trips in about the same amount of seasons is risky.
