Yankees out of playoffs for the first time in 13 years

Am I the only person that is happy to see them lose? I would love to seem them learn how to run a real franchise and not just purchase players at will. Do you think they will change their game plan?

nope definitely not this year

80 million comes off with bad vets like giambi, moose, pettite, abreu (maybe resign).

So with that they can sign Tex for big money who has been consistent as well as a great defender, like a Mattingly with huge power.

then they can sign a pitcher, whoever they want

people forget wang was injured this whole year and he is good for 18-20 wins a year...

I'm definently glad to have them out of the playoffs. It's nice to have a change.
