VERY interesting. I'm guessing there'll be a lot of movement in the last 15 picks..

I was ready for it all the way up until my Boys traded the 18th pick just to sit there and watch 2 guards (the Cowboys top need IMO) go off the board at 19 and 20!

What a first round! Great football wise. When it comes to trading cards, it might not suit those looking to sell/flip though

Yeah, not great for the hobby but it looks like most teams realize that you have to have a line to win, maybe the Boys will start to figure this out.

Yeah, I'm guessing the Cowboys knew all along who they were going to pick. They knew he'd still be there at 31, so they traded back to get an extra pick. Maybe they know a lot about Frederick, and maybe he'll be the next franchise lineman for the Cowboys. On the other hand, let's hope he doesn't turn out to be another Doug Free. You know, a one season wonder who gets paid millions because of that one season. :really:

I would be amazingly surprised if the Jets don't pick a QB in this draft. In fact, I was telling Mark last night during the draft that I thought they might do it in the first round. Obviously, I was wrong. I still think it'd be foolish to not pick up a guy that could at least compete for the starting job if you're the Jets organization.

I am pretty sure that I could compete for the starting job for the Jets, sorry but Sanchez is just NOT good. I actually wished that the Cowboys would have tried to get an extra pick in the first round with the number of quality lineman but I guess it is good that they are going in the right direction.

I do like that they picked a lineman, but I thought they could have gotten a better guard with the 18th pick. I'm assuming they wanted Frederick from the beginning, or at least after all the guys they originally wanted came off the board. I shouldn't complain. The Cowboys have done pretty well the last few years in the draft, which might be one of the only things that Garrett is good for. We'll see what happens this year. If they shore up that line, and get that running game going, maybe we can just outscore all of our opponents. :D
