What program does this board use that resizes large pictures and you can click on them to make it larger? Is this something that can be put on a website? (maybe a question for redfoster)

You can use PHP to create a resized image on upload. I'm sure it can be done without upload as well.

Yeah, you can use it without a message board.
Just did a quick search and this script seems fairly easy to set up. Make sure your webhost has PHP installed but it usually is.
