I have a transaction where the card was never received. I trust the sender and have had many transactions, plus this is at a time where it was documented that the post office lost a lot of items (I have 2 other trades not received during this same time). My question is how do I resolve the trade, do I just mark it complete, or is there something else? I don't want to impact the trader, as I do believe this was sent. It has now been about 3 months, so waiting probably wont do anything.
