24 Hour trades are fantastic way to make a trade to get rid of some cards you no longer desire and/or get some fresh tradebait. To help regulate these and make sure everything runs smoothly we've come up with these rules to be followed. (any thread can and will be removed if it is in violation of these terms)

1.) All 24 Hour trades are to be guaranteed by the poster. If you aren't willing to accept an offer, this is not the right type of trade for you. The following actions will be taken against non-complying members.

a. loss of your Verified Tag IF you are currently Verified
b. addition of a Must Send First tag IF you are a basic trader
c. Suspended or Banned if you are already a Must Send First trader

1A) 24 Hour trades do not have to last for exactly 24 hours. We'll allow these trades to either 24, 48, or 72 hours for more exposure. But you must specify the ending time in the first post, and you can NOT waiver from this time. NO EXTENDING THE TIME FOR MORE BIDS

2.) All offers are 24 hour trades are binding. No retracting of offers. Anyone not following through will have the above action taken against them.

3.) SportsCardFreaks trading rules still apply. If you are a MSF member, you must still send first.

4.) Posters have the option to set a reserve of a minimum value to be met. (within reason - Mod staff reserves the right to remove thread) This will help to prevent lowball offers and make the trading more efficient.

5.) Posters may set a minimum number of "qualifying" offers. This prevents one person from offering the lowest possible value and winning by default, hopefully creating a happier trade for everyone. Once the minimum qualifying offers are met, the original poster must trade the card(s). The MINIMUM # of offers is to be 3 or less. You cannot require more than 3 different offers. (any thread in violation may be removed by the mod staff)

6.) Posters may set a maximum # of cards to be offered, per offer. For example, if you set a maximum # of 3, all offers must contain no more than 3 cards to be qualifying offers. Please use discretion though, as 24 hour trades are not necesarily meant to be 1 for 1 trades, and you should be willing to accept multiple cards.

Remember, this may not be the best way to trade that really nice high-end card of yours, but it is an effective method of trading.
