Thanks Eli! I have been angry at USPS more times than I care to remember, thinking my stuff is delayed (which it often is!!) but never on purpose!
While out of town I got:

This is the ONLY one in a week (with over 330 sent out at the beginning of February)...
*rant incoming*
so, it's either the teams aren't forwarding the mail to players or the Post Office is dropping the ball somewhere (top suspect is the Memphis hub which I have been told numerous horror stories of). I find it hard to believe that EVERY player I sent to (no REAL big names on my list either) either gets too much mail or just decided they weren't signing this year.
Safe to say, I won't EVER send to spring training in mass again. Especially as long as the USPS is allowed to constantly raise their rates but lower their overall service
