Nice Cutlers I picked up at the show...

I bought a few cards for my Cutler collection as the show was winding down on Saturday ...

The Cutler is numbered 6/25. His jersey number which was cool. I sent them all off the BGS except for the Paradigm. It's got a little nick on it that would hurt the grade. I sent one of my other Paradigms for grading instead.

Awesome Cutler, must've missed the part earlier today when you said it was #/25, I was thinking it was #/99. Guess that just makes the pickup even sweeter, congrats:D

Mixed emotions on that one ... #/99 would be the true rookie, which would be better some would say. I think parallels that are numbered less but look the same are kind of dumb really. I love the card, don't get me wrong, but I think if it were #6 of 19990430989889272 made that would be even more rare.

This leads me to a nice rant ... I think cards that are harder to pull... like Topps Autos that come 1:44,000 packs should be worth more than an exquisite card that's numbered to 99 or something. The odds of pulling a card in a highend product are WAAAYYY easier than in a low end, except the low end cards don't book very high. I think it's a flaw in the pricing and market perception... My soapbox for the evening....
