ok, im not current with how things work, but on ebay I frequently see people selling topps stuff that has a white sticker with a red TOPPS on it that is covering the top of a toploader...ive seen where people say that its a 'redemption' but the card inside the toploader I know was not a redemption...
I had replacements sent from topps last year for missing hits in Olympic blasters, and they came in little manila envelops, not toploaders...
anyone shed some light on this for me, does topps now send replacements/redemptions with stickers over the case?
