Redemption / Help needed

Hi,

I just won a redemption card of Carlos Hyde during an eBay boxbreak (billsboxbreaks.com).
on the back of the card, there is the mention that I have to go to www.topps/redemptions but this address doesn't work.
So I go on http://redeem.topps.com/Redemptions, I try to register and I have a split screen with, on the left, the box to enter the 10 digit code and on the right all my informations with a red indication:
Topps shipping partner requires a valid telephone number for packages. Please verify and update your contact telephone number (numbers only). Once updated, disregard this message.
I try all the possible combination but nothing works.
Do you think I can submit my redemption code anyway?

This is my first redemption ever

I would just call customer service, not sure if there is a phone number on the card or not, but if there isn't you should be able to track one on google...I had some blasters that were short hits, got a rep on the phone, was off the phone within 5 minutes, sent the required info to them via snail mail, and got my missing hits within 2 weeks...
